Land Rate (On the basis of base premium)


1. The calculation of the Premium which is to be deposited is as follows :-

(I) Premium as fixed by Board of Directors Rs.
(II) Additional Premium @ 10% the premium as fixed by the Board of Directors for the plot situated on 80'/100' Road/Corner Plot as per Clause 2.5.1.4 of the said rules. (If applicable) Rs.
(III) Additional Premium for land falling within the Municipal Area/Municipal Authority as per clause 2.5.1.5 of the said rules OR Additional Premium for land falling within the radius of 8 Km from Municipal Corporation/ Municipality Area as per Clause No.2.5.1.6 of the said rules or (wherever applicable) Rs.

2. The Annual Charges which will be required to be deposited every year will be as follows:-

3. Land will be allotted for a period of 99 years on lease basis. At first a letter of intent is issued to the accepted applicants. The letter of intent contains the rate of allotment of land, time limit for payment and other conditions. (For issuance of Letter of Intent, 10% of the effective land premium is to be paid as advance).

4. You will have to deposit the following amount within 30 days from the date of issue of the letter of intent:-
